COVID UPDATE

24/07/21

We are happy to announce that we have lifted our COVID restrictions. Patron's no longer need to buy a ticket to enter our premises, only those who are swimming need a ticket.

We release our tickets for the following week on a Sunday evening.

We are keeping our maximum pool number to 20 per session, therefore only 20 tickets will be on sale per session.

All tickets will remain online. No tickets are available on the door.

Pool Ratios 2021

All children under the age of 8 years old will not be allowed into the swimming pool unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is 16 years or over and in the water. Below are the Adult / Child ratios level adopted within the pool.

Adult / Child ratios for all public sessions

Children (0-3yrs) *    1 adult to 1 child

Children (4-7yrs)       1 adult to 3 child

Children (8-11yrs)     adult poolside

Mixed age ranges eg 1yr old and 6yr old should follow a 1 adult to 2 child ratio.

*All children aged 0-3 are required to wear a swim nappy.

*Swimming, Chickenpox & Viruses*

To prevent the spreading of chickenpox, children and adults with the virus should avoid swimming and public swimming areas until they are no longer contagious and all blisters have healed.

Please note that by purchasing tickets and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are agreeing that nobody knowing has the virus for whom a ticket has been purchased. You must not bring your child swimming if they have any illness such as an ear infection, chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis or a bad cold. We have been advised that you should not bring your child into the pool for 48 hours after sickness and 2 weeks after suffering from diarrhoea. For any other illness and to avoid any doubt please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear before returning to the pool. To protect our swimmers, we reserve the right to refuse entry if we spot the signs of Chickenpox or any other infectious virus.
